Teija Tiilikainen is the new editor-in-chief of Ulkopolitiikka (Finnish Journal of Foreign Affairs)

Dr. Teija Tiilikainen, director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs is steering the time-honored journal starting from 1/2010. Her first issue will be published 11 March 2010 with the theme Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The former and long-standing editor-in-chief of Ulkopolitiikka Dr Tapani Vaahtoranta has started as Programme Director in the newly established Dar es Salaam Institute for Sustainable Development (DISD) in Dar es Salaam on 1 March.
